The U.S. staff works as the hub organization tying our European partnerships and our U.S. operations into a cohesive unit. PM/Pros can offer their international clients a U.S. base from which to coordinate their project management activities.
PM/Pros is engaged in both project management consulting and training across a wide range of geography, business segments and clients. We have conducted activities for clients in Africa, throughout Europe, Canada and the U.S., Australia, United Arab Emirates and China.
PM/Pros is closely linked to the Project Management Institute (PMIâ). Our staff is engaged in PMI®’s Special Interest Group’s activities on a continuing basis. These are in the Education and Training as well as Information Systems Special Interest Groups. Our staff has volunteered as “Mentors” for new project managers to assist them with questions and advice free of charge. We have been on the selection committee for determining applicability and value of presentations to be offered at the annual Congresses for PMI®.
Our European associate has been a member of the Certification Board of Directors at PMI®.
Our U.S. CEO, A. J. Howard, has been a guest presenter at the PMI® Global Congress in the U.S. and EMEA. He has also presented for local chapters and PMI® Regional Conferences in North Carolina and Maryland.
PM/Pros’ consulting associates are all PMI® certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs®). None of our associates possess less than fifteen years “hands on” experience in project management. Our most experienced associate has been working in the middle of, or on the fringes of, project management techniques since before the establishment of PMI® and before project management was accepted as a formal discipline.
